 Tarheel States Info:  We are making a change to our meet schedule and not attending the meet in Huntersville. Our team was there for the NC Senior Champs a couple weeks ago and due to some serious air quality issues we will not be going there for Championship meets and this meet is a season ending (shave meet for many) most important short course meet of the season and its trials and finals! Trials and finals in Huntersville not a good scenario! NSS will now be attending the Tarheel State meet in Cary, please read through the following info.


This meet is a season ending Championship meet for swimmers that do not finish their season at the Senior sectionals in Nashville March 4-7 or the Age Group Champs in Charlotte March 11-14 or the Mac Quad at Char Latin March 6&7.

Pool: Triangle Aquatic Center 275 Convention Drive, Cary, NC

Format: 10 & under will swim timed finals in the AM session 11-12/13-14 and seniors will swim prelims in the morning and the top 16 will swim finals at night. No 10 and under races at night. The 500 free/400 im and the 1650 will also be timed finals.

Warmup Schd: All swimmers entered Friday 3:30 PM   All ages Sat & Sun 7AM    Finals warm up 5 PM Sat    Sun 4:30

Entries: 10 and under are limited to 9 events/no more than 5 per day. 11 and older 9 events per day/ no more than 3 per day.

Fees: $14 surcharge   Prelim/final events $3.50 per event Timed final events $2.50

Awards: Ribbons 1st thru 8th. Relays 1st – 3rd.
