2010 NC SWIMMING 14 &
UNDER CHAMPS
Date: February 18-21, 2010
Pool: Triangle Aquatic Center, 275 Convention Dr,
Cary NC 27511
Format: This meet is trials and finals for the
11-12 and 13-14 swimmers. 10 and unders will compete timed finals.
Meet management reserves the right to run 2 courses for prelims if
deemed necessary. Swimmers must have already achieved the qual time
in each events entered. All swimmers are limited to 9 events for
the entire meet. 10 and under may swim up to 4 races per day and
the 11-12/13-14’s may enter up to 3 events per day.
Warm-up: Thursday (13-14 1000/11-12 500 free)

Fees: $14 NC Surcharge $4 per event
Awards: Medals 1st-8th individual events 1st-3rd

Gen Info: This is a championship meet. Rest
whenever you’re not at the pool. Wear NSS stuff to every
session you attend. 13-14’s should see their coach regarding
bathing suits and shaving for this meet.
